Its always nice to hear that that a customer is happy with the Service that they have received from booking the repair to the engineer attending & completing the repair. Repaircare also confirmed on one email that “they were providing the repairer with technical support”, this was absolute nonsense – I know this as I was speaking directly to the repairer.
